We may update these terms, our prices and our product range at any time without notice. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

Products and health information

Our teas are traditional herbal food products, not medicines, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Information about herbs describes traditional use only and is general in nature. Always consult your midwife, GP or qualified health practitioner before using herbal teas, particularly during pregnancy, while breastfeeding, if you have a medical condition or if you take medication. Statements on this site are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Orders and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. We may refuse or cancel an order, including where a product is unavailable or was listed at an incorrect price. If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded in full.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns by our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including blend names, images and text, belongs to Honeywomb Herbal and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and without limiting your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or our products.
