Which Honeywomb Blend Is Right for Your Season?

Which Honeywomb Blend Is Right for Your Season?

Every one of my blends is made for a season of life, rather than a single symptom. If you're new here, or standing in front of the whole range wondering where to start, this little guide is for you. Find the season you're in, and you'll find the blends I made with you in mind.

Preparing for new life

For the season of dreaming about a baby and making room for one, in your body, your heart and your home.

  • Eden Bloom: a gentle, earthy blend of nettle, oatstraw, red clover, alfalfa, rose and calendula.

  • Sanctuary: soft and comforting, with lemon balm, oatstraw, ginger, nettle and chamomile, made for early pregnancy.
  • Birth Anointing: a grounding blend with raspberry leaf, nettle, ginger and rose, made for the final weeks before birth. Please only begin this one with your midwife's guidance.

Your cycle, and the wise woman years

For the monthly rhythms that shape so many of our years, and the changes that come later in life.

  • Moons Rhythm: for the rhythm of your cycle, with raspberry leaf, lemon balm, ginger, cramp bark, chaste berry, rose and spearmint.
  • Wellspring: a grounding, earthy blend with dandelion and burdock root.
  • Wise Woman: for the menopause years, with red clover, tulsi, rose, lemon balm and spearmint.

These blends aren't made for pregnancy, so if you're expecting, please choose from the pregnancy blends above.

When your season doesn't fit neatly

Life rarely fits into tidy categories, and that's exactly why I offer a Custom Blend. Tell me a little about what's going on for you, and I'll create a blend with your season in mind. If you're pregnant or breastfeeding, or taking any medications or regular supplements, let me know so I can choose herbs that are right for you.

A gentle reminder

Herbs are gentle, but every body is different. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or managing a health condition, please check the ingredients of any blend with your GP, midwife or practitioner before you begin.

Still not sure? Send me a note. I'd love to help you find your cup.

With love,
Carly
