Tell me a little about what’s going on for you! I’ll create a blend with you and what you’re needing in mind.

Just pop a little note in your order and tell me what you’d love support with. If you’re pregnant or breastfeeding, or taking any medications or regular supplements, let me know too so I can choose herbs that are right for you.

For example: “I’ve been feeling really tired and depleted since having my baby and would love something nourishing for energy and digestion.” Or “I’d love some support around PMS, bloating and feeling a little flat before my period.”
